Returns:

As our products are handcrafted, minor variations in color, finish, and texture are part of their charm — they are not considered defects.

However, we accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

We will review your request and get back within 24–48 hours.

 

Exchange

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you received a damaged item, we will replace it with the same product (if available) or process a refund/store credit.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the product is received back (if applicable), your refund will be processed via the original method of payment within 5–7 working days.

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

Damaged product

Wrong product delivered

Missing product (after verified review)

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was from our end.

Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased during a sale or discount

Custom-made or personalized products

Opened or used items

Items without original packaging

Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

For damaged/wrong products: We will bear the return shipping cost

For any other cases (only if approved): Return shipping must be paid by the customer

Please note that handmade products may have slight imperfections, which is a natural part of the craft process. These are not defects and will not be eligible for return or refund.
